AZ-1/Cara Rear Exhaust Heat Shields

Is your heat shield missing, damaged, rusted, and or boring?

The original is paper thin stamped steel sheet metal. Replace it with one of these snazzy new 14ga (1.63mm) thick aluminum shields

One of the holes is slightly elongated into a slot to accommodate for potential damage to the lip that this bolts onto. On my car, this is slightly bent as my heatshield was a bit warped from a prior minor impact.
If your car is straight, this would not matter as the hole would just fit right where it should be aligned by the other side. I later found out that the car itself has an elongated hole because the stud is mounted

This will come with appropriate spacers and bolts for mounting.

Available finishes are raw brushed (shown) or mirror polished (bright shiny like mirror chrome)

The standard cut design ones: you can paint them if you like but they will come raw from us.

The blanks: take them to your local machine shops or a buddy that has a CNC laser cutter/ waterjet to cut in whatever you like or just use it as is!

We may consider doing custom cut stuff but that’s on a case by case basis, shoot me an email and we can look into your request.
