Thin lightweight fiberglass door panels made by aftermarket company AUTOGIANO
They claim by making these thinner they are 700g lighter than original.
These are available new from Autogiano and probably used somewhere in Japan.

MADHOUSE?
Brand unknown, found this photo while searching for other stuff. Maybe MADHOUSE since the louvres are made by them? Possibly full MADHOUSE body kit? This door panel is sculpted to go with the side sill.
